These Terms and Conditions apply to the SMS text messaging program run by Caby Co dba Blue Plunge Pools ("Blue Plunge Pools"), based in Palm City, Florida. By opting in to text messages, you accept these terms. You must be 18 years of age or older to use this SMS service.

Program Description

Blue Plunge Pools sends text messages to people who book a showroom visit or ask about our pools. Non-marketing messages cover showroom visit confirmations and reminders, replies to your questions, and quote, order, delivery and installation updates. If you separately opt in to marketing messages, we may also send occasional offers, such as in-stock pool deals and new models.

How You Opt In

You opt in when you book on our Book a Showroom Visit page (/book-a-visit) by ticking the text message consent box in the booking calendar. The box is unchecked by default and optional. You can book a visit without agreeing to texts, and agreeing to texts is not a condition of any purchase.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. It depends on your visit, quotes and orders, and on whether you opted in to marketing messages.

Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to use this SMS service.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Any charges depend on your mobile carrier and plan.

How to Opt Out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Text STOP to the number that messages you. After you send STOP, we will reply with one message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further messages from us. To join again, opt in the same way you did the first time.

Carrier Disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Read our Privacy Policy at /privacy-policy.

Message Delivery

Blue Plunge Pools does not guarantee that messages will be delivered without delays or failures. Delays and failures can be caused by things outside our control, such as network problems or device compatibility.

Changes to These Terms
