Every pool we deliver is engineered with premium materials, strict quality control, and industry-leading protection—because long-term peace of mind should come standard.

Below is the full warranty package included with every model: The Cove The Lagoon , and The Horizon.

10-Year Structural Warranty
​
Your plunge pool’s reinforced fiberglass shell is protected for ten full years.
This warranty covers:
Structural cracking
Warping or deformation
Shell separation or failure
If the structure was manufactured incorrectly, we repair or replace it—no runaround, no hidden clauses.

5-Year Interior Surface Warranty
​
The smooth acrylic interior surface is warranted for five years against:
Peeling or bubbling
Delamination
Surface defects caused by manufacturing
Our spa-grade acrylic is designed for Florida sun and year-round use. If something was made wrong, it’s on us.

3-Year Equipment Warranty
​
All standard equipment is protected for three years, including:
Filtration system
Circulation pump
Jet pump (if included)
Salt chlorinator
RGB pool light + transformer
Skimmer and return fittings
Heater (when purchased as an upgrade)
If a piece of equipment fails due to a defect, we repair or replace it at no cost.

1-Year Workmanship Warranty

1-Year Workmanship Warranty
Your installation is backed for one full year.
This covers:
Leveling and placement
Plumbing connections
Jet & skimmer installation
Electrical hookups (when done by a licensed electrician)
Leaks caused by setup or assembly
If it wasn’t installed correctly, we fix it—simple as that.

What’s Not Covered
​
We believe in clarity. These items are not covered under warranty:
Cosmetic scratches or marks after delivery
Damage from improper water chemistry
Customer-installed plumbing or electrical work
Storm, flood, or natural disaster damage
Misuse or non-residential modifications
Pet damage or impact damage
Unauthorized repairs or alterations
